Return and Exchange Policy:

The following is our Return and Exchange Policy for all items, unless specifically indicated.

Please contact us immediately if there are questions or concerns, or if you have any problem with the merchandise received. Return authorization required before returning any purchase.

Items must be returned within 14-days, with receipt in unopened packages.

Refund will be given as an Exchange or Merchandise Credit Only. There is a 20% restocking fee for any product found to be resellable.

Buyer pays return shipping

Repaired or damaged rods, reels and waders are not exchangeable and must be warranted by manufacturer. Customer pays warranty charges and freight to Black Heron Fly Fishing and to the manufacturer. No Exceptions.

Any derogatory comments made on social media will be considered liable and constitute grounds for legal action by Black Heron Fly Fishing upon purchaser of merchandise or services.
